This man must be dressed to go to the opera judging by his attire. The cape, tophat and glasses for the evening were typical haberdashery for the man about town in the 1920's era. These details help pinpoint when this charm was designed and in studying these little pieces of art I believe most of the "good" ones were made in the 192o's and 1930's.
