Celluloid Charm: RARE Pumpkin Asian Man

What would Halloween be without a pumpkin man?!?!?!? Interesting interesting interesting!! He has a moustache, a fan in one hand with the other reaching up to touch what appears to be a couple of leaves, OR a bow....probably leaves hmmmmm. Anyway, I'm sure there's all kinds of symbolisms that I don't understand with this guy!
