Celluloid Charm: Googly Eyed Young Man

Oh what a sweet treat this charm is!!! He's all of 1 1/2" tall and in immaculate condition! He saves his hands in his pockets while dapper in his casual suit....love the golden tie! He looks quite young, boyish for sure.

I'm not going to mention the cigarette dangling from the corner of his mouth!
