Its such a delight to "meet" other charm collectors and I recently met a WONDERFUL woman through her charms. Bev has passed away but her husband told me the story of her collection and I'd like to pass it on to you. When she was a little girl she and her father would collect celluloid charms together, and they picked some very nice ones indeed!!! When she was 10 in 1939 her father passed away and she no longer was able to collect but she treasured her charms through all these decades!! Merritt, Bev's husband decided to sell her collection on eBay so that other collectors could enjoy them as she had and I'm very pleased to have won some of these like new charms. The first one I bought was the little pig with the flute which I posted below, I'd been waiting quite awhile to complete this trio!! In the upcoming weeks I will share more of Bev's collection and story with you!!
