Oh how I totally love and appreciate this charm, what's not to love?!? She could be ice skating because of the hat, but there are no skates. She could be a dancer but dancers don't usually dance with hats on. Or, she could be outside frolicking, twisting and twirling! I choose the latter. She has a prime place in my top drawer of charms ♥ ♥ ♥

Celluloid Charm: Twirling Girl RARE RARE
Oh how I totally love and appreciate this charm, what's not to love?!? She could be ice skating because of the hat, but there are no skates.
