LOVE this charm; "He has just arrived home from his New Year's Eve celebration"!! The dress is indicative of the 1920's and 30's so I believe this charm to be manufactured in that time period. The cape and the tophat are definite clues. I considered uploading this charm at Halloween but I'm glad I left it until now!!
