As soon as I saw this charm it looked to me to be Mary with the baby Jesus and so I've saved it until now to upload it. The donkey has such a nice paint to it and appears to be similar to the ones in storybooks depicting the birth of Christ. When Christ was born of Mary free,
in Bethlehem that fair city. The King is come to save mankind
As in the scripture we will find. Then, dear Lord, for thy great grace,
Grant us in bliss to see Thy Face,
That we may sing to thy Solace.
