Some might call this charm a girl because of the longer hair, the hat with a bow; or the flouncy tie around the neck, but I think this charm is indicative of a nursery rhyme character. This particular one has the opposite coloring as my other one which has a green hat and pink pants. I'd love to be in that factory watching the assembly line of workers painting these beauties!!
